They provide services such as accommodation, travel planning, and transportation to tourists and travelers. The service industry relies heavily on customer interactions, personalized experiences, and efficient service delivery. Unlike manufacturing industries, service industries are often labor-intensive and require a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
