Within feudal monarchies, who held the most power?

Within feudal monarchies, the monarch, also known as the king or queen, held the most power. The monarch had absolute authority and control over all aspects of governance, including making laws, collecting taxes, and maintaining the military. The king or queen had the final say in decision-making and had the power to appoint and dismiss officials, grant land and titles, and declare war. The nobility, or feudal lords, were also powerful and held vast estates and positions of authority, but their power ultimately derived from the monarch.
