Is regulate immagation and naturalization?

The federal government has the power to regulate immigration and naturalization in the United States. This authority is granted to the federal government under the U.S. Constitution. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) is the main federal law that governs immigration in the country. Federal agencies such as the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are responsible for enforcing and administering immigration laws at the federal level.

State governments, on the other hand, do not have inherent powers to regulate immigration or naturalization. However, they can play a role in certain areas such as education, health, and law enforcement, where immigration may have an impact on their state-level policies and services. Overall, the primary responsibility for immigration and naturalization falls under the federal government's domain.
