In the crisp winter air, they trudge along,
With laughter and joy, a familiar song.
The streets are adorned, with colorful lights,
A symphony of beauty on these peaceful nights.
The snow gently falls, like feathers from above,
Blanketing the world with a message of love.
Children's faces beam, with pure delight,
As they dream of the presents that await them tonight.
The scent of warm cookies fills the air,
As families gather, showing love and care.
The crackling fire casts a cozy glow,
While stories are shared, and memories grow.
A sip of hot cocoa warms the soul,
As carolers sing, spreading cheer untold.
Gifts wrapped with love, with a bow so divine,
Symbolizing the love that will forever shine.
In this magical time, hearts overflow,
With gratitude and love for all we know.
It's a season of giving, of spreading joy,
Of reaching out to others, like a child's toy.
Though the world may seem troubled and dark,
During Christmas, a spark ignites a new start.
For it's a time of hope, and a season of light,
A time to come together, and make things right.
So let us join hands, and embrace the cheer,
As Christmas time draws near.
