What is something GOOD going on in the world that a lot of people aren’t aware of?

One positive development that many people may not be aware of is the worldwide decline in extreme poverty. According to the World Bank, the proportion of the global population living in extreme poverty (earning less than $1.90 per day) has dropped significantly over the past few decades. In 1990, around 36% of the global population lived in extreme poverty, whereas by 2015, this number had decreased to less than 10%. This progress demonstrates significant improvements in education, healthcare, and economic opportunities in various parts of the world. While challenges still exist, the decline in extreme poverty is indeed a positive trend that often goes unnoticed amidst other issues in the media.
