The Deaf President Now (DPN) protest at Gallaudet University in 1988 was led by a group of Gallaudet students. Specifically, three main student leaders emerged during the protest: Greg Hlibok, Tim Rarus, and Jerry Covell. These individuals, along with many other students, played a significant role in organizing and leading the protest.
