During my time in college, I was part of a team project for an entrepreneurship class. Our task was to develop a business plan for a hypothetical startup. As a naturally organized and detail-oriented person, I took the role of project manager for our team.

My responsibilities included setting clear goals, distributing tasks, and ensuring that everyone was accountable for their deadlines. I also facilitated effective communication among team members, making sure everyone had a voice and was heard.
