Which components are included in a written argument? Two answer

1. Claim or Thesis Statement: The claim is the main argument or position that the writer is presenting in the written argument. It clearly states the writer's stance on the issue at hand and acts as a guide for the rest of the argument.

2. Evidence and Supporting Details: To strengthen the claim, evidence and supporting details are provided. This includes facts, statistics, examples, expert opinions, logical reasoning, and anecdotes that help to convince the reader and build a strong case. The evidence should be relevant and credible, and should directly support the claim being made.

Note: Other components that are commonly found in a written argument include counterarguments, rebuttals, logical structure, introduction, body paragraphs, conclusion, and a language that is unbiased, clear, and persuasive.
