2. Customer Focus: TQM emphasizes meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Organizations must identify and understand customer needs and expectations, and continuously seek feedback to improve product or service quality.

3. Employee Involvement: TQM relies on the involvement of all employees in the quality improvement process. Employees should be empowered to suggest and implement ideas for quality improvement, and be provided with the necessary training and support to actively contribute to the organization's quality efforts.

4. Process Management: TQM emphasizes the importance of efficient and effective processes. Organizations should identify and map out key processes, establish performance measures, and continuously monitor and improve these processes to achieve quality targets.

5. Continuous Improvement: TQM promotes a culture of continuous improvement. Organizations must constantly seek opportunities for improvement, establish mechanisms for capturing and analyzing data, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
