Change the design of the presentation as follows to use the theme and colors the department uses for all of its presentations:
a. Change the theme to Office.
b. Change the theme colors to Red.
3. Insert a footer as follows to identify the department throughout the presentation:
a. Include the slide number in the footer.
b. Enter Santa Rita Planning Department as the footer text.
C. Display the footer on all slides except the title slide.
On Slide 1 ("Historic Preservation Plan"), enter Santa Rita, CA in the subtitle placeholder to provide a subtitle for the presentation
To use the department's theme and colors for the presentation, please follow the instructions below:
1. Change the theme to Office:
- Open the presentation.
- Go to the Design tab on the Ribbon.
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the Themes group.
- Select the "Office" theme.
2. Change the theme colors to Red:
- Go to the Design tab on the Ribbon.
- Click on the drop-down arrow in the Variants group.

3. Insert a footer to identify the department:

- Make sure the "Apply to All" option is selected.
- Check the "Don't show on title slide" option.
- Click on Apply or Apply to All.
4. Add a subtitle to Slide 1:
- Go to Slide 1 ("Historic Preservation Plan").
- Click on the subtitle placeholder.
- Type "Santa Rita, CA" to provide a subtitle for the presentation.
By following these steps, you will have changed the presentation's design to match the department's theme and colors and added a footer to identify the department throughout the presentation.
