Background or Biography of Goodwill
Goodwill is a nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment placement services, and other community-based programs. The organization was founded in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1902 by Reverend Edgar J. Helms, a Methodist minister who wanted to improve the lives of people who were facing barriers to employment.
