The harsh Arctic environment greatly influenced the general lifestyles of the Inuit. They were highly skilled in hunting and survival techniques, as the environment required them to adapt and find ways to procure food and resources. They developed a nomadic lifestyle, moving with the seasons to follow animal migrations and making use of the resources available in each region.
