Oncologist

An oncologist is a medical doctor who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. They are responsible for examining patients, ordering and interpreting medical tests, diagnosing cancer, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patients' progress. They may also perform procedures such as biopsies and surgeries to remove tumors. Oncologists work closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists, to provide comprehensive cancer care to their patients.
