And after all medication and curation I found solution to restart my school that was: advised my family, and health professionals. I was depressed because my mates gone over me as second year, and I was to start as their junior. But from those all I made discussion and taken steps to resolve: to never give up, to start again, advising professionals with it.

My name is Senait, and throughout my life, I have encountered numerous challenges. However, one particular incident stands out vividly in my memory. It was during my first year of college when I fell ill and was compelled to drop out. The decision to leave school was not an easy one, as it was driven by factors such as anxiety, depression, and a severe illness that made it impossible for me to continue my studies.

At the time, I felt a deep sense of despair and hopelessness. I questioned my abilities and felt like giving up on my dreams. However, with the support of my family and healthcare professionals, I found the strength to seek treatment and overcome these obstacles.

One of the greatest difficulties I faced during this period was the realization that my peers were moving forward academically while I remained stagnant. It was demoralizing to see my classmates advancing to the second year while I contemplated restarting as a junior. The thought of being left behind was disheartening, but I knew that I had to gather my resolve and take proactive steps to resolve the situation.

The first step I took was to remind myself that giving up was not an option. I knew that I had the potential and determination to succeed, despite the setback I had faced. This positive mindset fueled my motivation to start over.

Additionally, I sought guidance from professionals in the field of mental health and education. They provided me with invaluable advice and strategies to cope with the challenges ahead. With their support, I developed a plan of action to reenter college, ensuring I would catch up on the missed coursework and bridge the gap between my peers and me.

The road to recovery was not easy, but I never lost sight of my goal. I engaged in intensive therapy sessions, attended support groups, and followed a prescribed medication regimen to manage my anxiety and depression. Slowly but surely, I regained my physical and mental well-being.

When the time came to reintegrate into the college environment, I faced mixed emotions. On one hand, I was nervous about starting afresh and being surrounded by classmates who were ahead of me. On the other hand, I felt a sense of determination to prove to myself and others that I was capable of overcoming adversity.

I threw myself into my studies, seeking help whenever needed and making the most of every learning opportunity. Gradually, I began to catch up on the curriculum and bridge the gap between myself and my peers. It was not an easy journey, but by staying focused and committed, I managed to progress steadily.

Looking back on that challenging period in my life, I am proud of the courage and resilience I displayed. I learned to never give up, no matter the circumstances. The setbacks I faced only made me stronger and more determined to achieve my goals. Today, I look forward to a bright future, knowing that I have the tools to overcome any challenges that come my way.
