With Slide 5 still displaying, show the Ruler and Guides, align the shape to the guides as shown in Figure 6, and then hide the guides

To align the shape to the guides and hide them, follow these steps while Slide 5 is still displaying:

1. Go to the "View" tab in the Ribbon.
2. In the "Show" section, check the box next to "Ruler." This will display the ruler on your slide.
3. In the "Show" section, click on the button labeled "Guides." This will display the guides on your slide.
4. Click on the shape you want to align to the guides.
5. Use the mouse to drag the shape along the ruler or guide lines until it aligns with the desired position shown in Figure 6.
6. Once the shape is aligned correctly, go back to the "View" tab in the Ribbon.
7. In the "Show" section, uncheck the box next to "Guides." This will hide the guides while keeping the alignment intact.

Now, the shape is aligned to the guides as shown in Figure 6, and the guides are hidden on Slide 5.
