On Slide 2 ("Small Things Add Up"), copy and align shapes to highlight key points as follows:

a. Copy one of the rectangular shapes, and then paste it on the same slide.

b. Change the text to: Compliance

C Use Smart Guides to position the "Compliance" rectangle beneath the other rectangles, as shown in Figure 3.

d. Select the rectangular shapes and use Align Right to align the selected objects to each other.

e. Use Distribute Vertically to distribute the selected objects to each other.

a. To copy one of the rectangular shapes, first, select the shape by clicking on it. Then, either right-click on the shape and choose "Copy" from the menu, or use the shortcut Ctrl+C (Cmd+C for Mac) to copy it.

b. Next, paste the copied shape on the same slide by either right-clicking on the slide and selecting "Paste" from the menu, or using the shortcut Ctrl+V (Cmd+V for Mac).

c. After pasting the shape, change its text to "Compliance." To do this, simply click on the shape's text box and replace the existing text with "Compliance."

d. To use Smart Guides and position the "Compliance" rectangle beneath the other rectangles, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Compliance" rectangle to select it.
2. Move the cursor towards the other rectangles until you see the Smart Guides appear. The Smart Guides will help you align the "Compliance" rectangle accurately.
3. Position the "Compliance" rectangle beneath the other rectangles as shown in Figure 3.

e. To align the selected rectangular shapes to each other using Align Right, follow these steps:

1. Select all the rectangular shapes (including the "Compliance" rectangle) by either clicking and dragging the mouse to select them or holding down the Shift key and clicking on each shape.
2. Go to the "Format" tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
3. In the "Arrange" group, click on the "Align" button.
4. From the dropdown menu that appears, select "Align Right." This will align all the selected shapes to the right edge of the rightmost shape.

f. To distribute the selected objects vertically using the Distribute Vertically option, follow these steps:

1. After aligning the shapes to the right, keep them selected.
2. Go to the "Format" tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
3. In the "Arrange" group, click on the "Align" button.
4. From the dropdown menu, select "Distribute Vertically." This will evenly distribute the selected shapes vertically to each other.
