How to make Spicy turkey burger

To make a delicious and spicy turkey burger, follow these steps:

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- ¼ cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped jalapeno, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Make sure the patties are flattened and uniform in size to ensure even cooking.
3. Heat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.
4. Place the turkey patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remember to only flip the burger once to avoid losing juices and drying out the meat.
5. While the burgers are cooking, you can toast the buns on the grill or skillet for extra flavor, if desired.
6. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
7. Assemble your turkey burgers with your preferred toppings on the toasted buns.
8. Serve the burgers hot and enjoy the spicy and flavorful turkey patty.

Feel free to adjust the spice level to your liking by increasing or reducing the amount of jalapeno, chili powder, or other spices. Additionally, you can experiment with different toppings and sauces to personalize your spicy turkey burger.
