What did you learn about the issue from this research?

From the research, it is learned that bullying, both in schools and on social media, has a significant negative impact on students' academic performance and mental health. It affects students in various ways, leading to decreased concentration and participation in class, lower grades, increased absenteeism, and a drop in overall academic achievement.

Additionally, bullying contributes to various psychological and emotional issues among students, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and even suicidal thoughts. The continuous exposure to bullying, whether offline or online, creates a hostile and stressful environment, making it difficult for students to focus on their education and excel academically.

Furthermore, it is found that cyberbullying, specifically on social media platforms, has emerged as a new and pervasive form of bullying, greatly intensifying its negative impacts. The anonymity and wide reach of social media exacerbate the effects of bullying, making it more difficult for students to escape or find support.

Overall, this research highlights the urgent need for interventions and preventive measures to address bullying in schools and online platforms.
