They said I owned the account and said that they associated the account that I put in the form with the account, so that I could reset the password. But whenever i tried to do the reset password thing with that email address, the account didn't show up. I contacted them multiple times saying it didn't show up and they responded with "we updated the account with your email address" but I don't see it! I was thinking about giving up but I really want to get back in that accoount. What do I do?
