Liang imported data about the project team working on the Office Plaza Construction

project and stored the data on a separate worksheet, but wants to include the data in

the Budget worksheet. Copy and paste the data as follows:

a. Go to the Project Team worksheet and copy the data in the range 82:G13.

b. Return to the Budget worksheet. Paste the data in cell K3, keeping the source formatting when you paste it.

To copy and paste the data from the Project Team worksheet to the Budget worksheet while keeping the source formatting, follow these steps:

1. Open the Excel workbook containing both the Project Team and Budget worksheets.
2. Click on the Project Team worksheet to activate it.
3. Select the range of data you want to copy (range A2:G13).
4. Click on the "Copy" button on the Home tab of the Excel ribbon, or use the shortcut "Ctrl + C" to copy the data.

5. Switch to the Budget worksheet by clicking on its tab.
6. Click on cell K3 to select it as the paste destination.
7. Right-click on cell K3 and choose the "Paste Special" option from the context menu.
8. In the Paste Special dialog box, select the "Formats" option.
9. Click the "OK" button to paste the data while keeping the source formatting.

The data from the Project Team worksheet should now be copied and pasted into cell K3 of the Budget worksheet, with the same formatting as the original data.
