Adult human cells that are normally found in the G0 phase are cells that have exited the cell cycle and entered a non-dividing state. These include fully differentiated cells that have reached their mature stage and are no longer actively proliferating. Examples of cells in the G0 phase include neurons, muscle cells, and cardiac cells.
