Two examples of Infinite set

1) The set of all natural numbers: {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ...}

This set is infinite because there is no largest natural number. For every natural number n, the set always has the next natural number n+1.

2) The set of all real numbers: (−∞, ∞)
This set is infinite because there are infinitely many real numbers between any two real numbers. No matter how small or large two real numbers are, there will always be infinitely more real numbers between them.
