Hummurabi's code law 168 what does it mean to disherit a son?

In Hammurabi's Code of Law, law 168 states:

"If a man wishes to disinherit his son, he shall bequeath to him only his personal clothing, and shall not give him any earldom, utensils, or field."

To disinherit a son means to exclude or deprive him of his rightful inheritance. According to the mentioned code, if a father decides to disinherit his son, he is only allowed to leave him with his personal clothing and cannot bestow upon him any titles, property, or other valuable possessions.
