Mechatu trading campany(MTC) is a campany supplies stationary materials. In order to analyze the competitiveness of mechatu trading campany in the trading industry and its market share, the campany requires conducting market research in the area of the effectiveness of team work, customer satisfaction ideas of the development and other related areas. To do so, the research and development of department of the campany prepared and distributed questionnaires with stack holders. Then the research finding shows the facts the customer demanding various kinds of products and service; employees are increasingly looking for new ideas, lack of team work and rapidly growing competition in the industry.
