Who made the first map

The ancient Babylonians are credited with making some of the earliest known maps around 600 BCE.

The first known map was made by the ancient Babylonians around the 6th century BCE. This map, called the Imago Mundi, depicted a small portion of the world known to the Babylonians at that time. However, it is important to note that there might have been earlier maps, which have been lost to history.
