Their intention was to execute all the patients at the hospital as a means of teaching their children a lesson about their disobedience. However, their plans were disrupted when Octavio initiated a livestream, drawing attention to the situation. After a trip to meet with Sandringham Kelly on Salvo, Cherisse and Darion hosted a charity event in Malta, more for show than for a cause. The terrorist demanded that the Ches relay his demands to relinquish Psamathe to the Mercenary Syndicate. After Ajay and the other legends fight off his attack, Darion gives her the antique MRVN battery she was looking for.

When Ajay confronted her parents during the event, they feigned a joyful family reunion, but their reunion was unexpectedly disrupted by a terrorist named Creighton Sawtelle. The assailant demanded that the Ches convey his ultimatum to surrender Psamathe to the Mercenary Syndicate. Ajay, alongside other renowned individuals, fought back against the attack. Eventually, Darion presented Ajay with the sought-after antique MRVN battery she had been searching for.
