Octane digs up some dirt on his (grand)father, and offers it to Che. Che however angry states that she wants nothing from a "traitor". Octane confronts Mad Maggie on her alliance with Che on bringing down the Syndicate, sternly claiming that Maggie is a "bad influence" on Che, to which Maggie responds that he can "go cry to daddy". Sometime later, Che easily recruits Crypto knowing his history and hatred of the Syndicate, and they infiltrate a party held by Duardo Silva. Crypto attempts to hack into the systems, but complains about being cramped in a bathroom stall. Che starts digging through the desk in Duardo's bedroom, looking to find some information that can be used against him. Duardo however, enters the room, but Che quickly hides under the desk. Octane enters the room, which distracts Duardo. She along with Crypto then depart, with Crypto saying he's never hacking in a bathroom stall again.

Lifeline then visits Mad Maggie in her cell. Maggie jokingly says that it was "a shame she couldn't get her party dress from the cleaners". Che then tells Maggie of her plan to travel to Salvo, and Maggie warns her that she can't go there alone, that only Salvonians are the least likely to be attacked, and that nobody's safe there, especially a Che. The medic however, despite Maggie's claims, is still determined to go to Salvo. Maggie asks her when she would break her out of her cell, and Che says she has another companion in mind. She then meets up with Fuse at a bar.

Che and Fuse travel to Salvo, where they later find themselves fighting a gang, who Maggie and Fuse are well acquainted with. Lifeline calls down a Care Package which blows them away. She interrogates the gang leader while holding him at gunpoint. When the gang leader takes Che for a fool and insultingly calls her a "princess", Che knocks him out. Fuse departs, saying that he wouldn't help her with her plot against the Syndicate, and that the place "reeks of Maggie anyway".

Che then returns to Maggie's cell, with the intention of braking her out of the cell. After Che successfully breaks her out, they knock out a few armed guards, with Che sternly telling Maggie not to kill anybody. Maggie counters this saying they've "got to get their hands bloody" if they want to succeed in their common goal. After knocking out the last guard, they depart to continue their plan.
