Questions LLC - Terms of Use
Welcome to Questions LLC's ("Questions LLC," "we," "us," or "our") Terms of Use (“Terms”) agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your access to and use of our website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you are agreeing to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use our Services.
1. Use of Services

You represent and warrant that you have the right to post such content, and that it does not violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Questions LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your content.
1.6. You may not use our Services to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services, or that could harm our Services or any user.
1.7. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, or refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, without liability.
2. Ownership and intellectual property
2.1. Questions LLC or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to our Services, including but not limited to our trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, software, and other content.
2.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of our Services or any content, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or with our prior written consent.
2.3. By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, without compensation to you.
3. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
3.1. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
3.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Governing law and jurisdiction
4.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles.
4.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
4.3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Questions LLC with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
4.4. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4.5. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
