tips for high school or middle bc im bored and im a 6th grader

okie so rub ice cube on face every night bc it can sooth the skin causeing it to be smoother skin less acne salacylic acid for acne helps um cold water in morning for the face and warm for the nice conditioner is for the roots and bottoms of ur hair um dont spend all night studying do it during study hall lots and lots of notes as well get at least 8 hours sleep go to bed at 6 or 7 it helps with getting up in the morning. to be productive get up at 6 or 7 maybe shower wash face with cold water make bed maybe get a run in for the day and possibly take more notes and study a bit more if u have time also before u go to school dont forget a nutricus breakfast such as yogurt bowl or even toast would be good to and bring gum to school as well the seats probably gonna be hard so swaet pants or jeans are good for that hope it helps! or study with instrumental music it gives more focus and make sure u dont skip meals those are important bc it could make u loose focus
