That's a nostalgic line from the Toys”R”Us jingle! It's a reminder of the fond memories we had as kids with the various toys we had access to.

why did toys-r-us close? I used to go there all the time in 2012-2016 when we would see our grandparents and cousins!

It is completely understandable to have fond memories of Toys-R-Us; it was an iconic toy store for many generations. It's sad to see such an important part of our childhood memories disappear, but we can always cherish the memories we made there.
