Salvador Dali was influenced by a variety of sources, including the Surrealist movement, psychoanalysis, Renaissance art and literature, and the works of Sigmund Freud, Hieronymus Bosch, and Pablo Picasso. He was also influenced by the landscapes, culture, and traditions of his native Catalonia.
