It depends on how many 5th and 6th graders are available. If there are enough students to make up 8 teams with balanced numbers of players, then Coach Matt could make 8 teams using all the 5th and 6th graders. However, if there are not enough students, then it may not be possible to create 8 teams with all 5th and 6th graders.
