Joe Burrow is an American football quarterback who currently plays for the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on December 10, 1996, in Ames, Iowa, and his full name is Joseph Lee Burrow.

High School and College Career:
Burrow attended Athens High School in The Plains, Ohio, where he played both football and basketball. As a football player, he earned multiple records and awards, including the Ohio Mr. Football Award in 2014.

After high school, Burrow initially went to Ohio State University to play college football. However, after spending three years mostly as a backup, he transferred to Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2018 to continue his football career.

At LSU, Burrow had a breakout season in 2019, leading the Tigers to a 15-0 record, an SEC championship, and a national championship. During this season, he amassed numerous records and accolades, such as:

- Setting the NCAA single-season record for touchdown passes (60) and touchdowns responsible for (65)
