The National Socialist Bond (NSB) was a political party in the Netherlands that was supportive of Nazi Germany and their beliefs. Many members of the NSB actively collaborated with the Nazi occupation during World War II. In the Hiding Place, the NSB was portrayed as a threat to the safety of Corrie and her family, as they were known to report Jews and other "undesirables" to the Nazi authorities.
