How are these diseases similar?

The three diseases mentioned in Exhibit B are Yellow fever, Dengue fever, and Chikungunya fever. These diseases are similar in that they are all viral diseases that are spread by mosquitoes. Additionally, they all cause symptoms such as fever, headache, muscle and joint pain, and sometimes a rash. In some cases, these diseases can also be fatal or cause severe complications. However, the severity of the symptoms and the risk of death may vary depending on the disease and individual cases.
