Did you know?
Did you know that Islam spread through a combination of military conquests and peaceful missionary activity? In the 7th and 8th centuries, Arab Muslim forces embarked on military campaigns, known as the Islamic conquests, expanding the influence of Islam from the Arabian Peninsula to much of the Middle East, North Africa, and Spain. However, Islam's spread was not solely driven by force. Peaceful propagation played an equally vital role, as Muslim traders, scholars, and missionaries traveled across vast regions, engaging in cultural exchanges and sharing knowledge about Islam. Through a combination of military expansion and peaceful outreach, Islam gradually gained followers, ultimately becoming one of the world's major religions.
