Classify the triangle by its angles and it's sides. Explain how you knew which classifications to use.

The triangle is an acute triangle with two equal sides and one unequal side.

This triangle is classified as an isosceles triangle because it has two equal sides and an acute triangle because all of its angles measure less than 90 degrees. I knew which classifications to use because an isosceles triangle has two equal sides and an acute triangle has all angles measuring less than 90 degrees.
