I see this happening in our society today in a variety of ways. For example, many organizations are working to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces, which can help to challenge stereotypes and encourage people to work together across group lines. Additionally, there are many initiatives and campaigns that are aimed at raising awareness about implicit bias and encouraging people to be more mindful of their own biases.
We could do this better by continuing to invest in education and awareness initiatives, as well as providing more resources and support for organizations that are working to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
