On March 12, 2020, a US-Bangla Airlines plane crashed near Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. The plane, a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, was carrying 71 passengers and crew members. All of the passengers and crew members were killed in the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
