A tire is 22 inches in diameter and rests on a plattorm that is 4 inches above the ground

The six o'clock position on the tire is level with the platform. A piece of gum stuck to the three
o'clock position of the tire completes 1 full revolution in 12 seconds. The function h(t) gives
the height of the piece of gum in inches above the ground t seconds after the tire begins to
turn. Find a formula for the height function h(t)
HW 4.3.5: Modeling with Sinusolidal Functions 1

h(t) = 4 + 22sin(πt/6)

the bot makes no sense

"The six o'clock on the tire is level with the platform" ??
I read that as : when t = 6, h=4 and our tires rotates, so that the 12 hours
correspond with the 12 second rotation.

My sine curve matching this is
h(t) = 15 + 11sin(π/6(t+3))

My DESMOS graph shows this to represent the data given
when t=3 (the gum), h = 15
