since v(0) = 17, c=17 and so

s(t) = 4t^3 + 8t^2 + 17t + c
since s(0) = 9, c=9, and so

s(t) = 4t^3 + 8t^2 + 17t + 9
s(6) = 4*216 + 8*36 + 17*6 + 9 = 1263

s(6) = 441
