What exercises could you do to help loosen your neck and shoulders?
1. Neck rolls: Slowly roll your head in a circular motion, making sure to move your neck in all directions.
2. Shoulder shrugs: Shrug your shoulders up and down, and then roll them in circles.
3. Neck stretches: Tilt your head to one side and hold for 10 seconds, then switch sides.
4. Chest opener: Stand with your arms outstretched and your palms facing up. Take a deep breath and slowly arch your back, pushing your chest forward.
5. Upper back stretch: Interlace your fingers behind your back and lift your arms up as high as you can. Hold for 10 seconds and then release.
6. Arm circles: Stand with your arms outstretched and rotate them in circles, both clockwise and counterclockwise.
7. Seated twist: Sit in a chair and twist your torso from side to side.
8. Foam rolling: Use a foam roller to massage your neck and shoulders.
