How do you exercise on an exercise ball?

1. Start by sitting on the ball with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.

2. Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button in towards your spine.

3. Begin to roll your hips forward and back, side to side, and in circles.

4. To increase the intensity, lift one leg off the floor and hold it in the air while you continue to roll your hips.

5. To work your arms, hold a medicine ball or dumbbells and perform bicep curls, shoulder presses, and tricep extensions.

6. To work your legs, sit on the ball and perform squats, lunges, and calf raises.

7. To work your abs, sit on the ball and perform crunches, leg lifts, and planks.

8. To work your back, sit on the ball and perform back extensions and supermans.
