How to do the Spider Man exercise?

The Spider Man exercise is a great way to work your core and upper body. To do the exercise, start in a push-up position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Keep your core tight and your back straight. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the ground. As you lower your chest, lift your right leg and bring your knee up towards your right elbow. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
