What is the state of dibromomethane at −20∘C

Melting Point : -52° C (lit.) Boiling Point : 96-98° C (lit.)

So it melts @ -52 and is a liquid. Then it moves to -20 where it is liquid to 96 where it boils and becomes a vapor.
I looked up the m.p. and b.p. on th web. You could have done that too.
