What is the molarity of a solution made by dissolving 3.09 moles of NaCl in 1.50 L of solution?

molarity is moles divided by the volume.

so the molarity is 3.09/1.50 which is 2.06 (mol/L)

1.5litres=3.09moles

1litre=??
=1/1.5×3.09
=2.06moles
therefore, molarity is 2.06mol/l or simply 2.06M

NOTE:
Molarity=no of moles/volume
=3.09/1.5 =2.06M
