Shuliza Sdn Bhd is a software development firm that would like to develop an
application that could assist the public in monitoring their petrol consumption.
The user of the application could record their petrol buying from January 2021
until June 2021, at 3 different petrol stations which are Shell, PETRONAS and
Caltex. The data of the petrol prices from all petrol stations is extracted from
oilprice.txt as shown in FIGURE Q1(a).

The application should follow the conditions given below:
Declare a two-dimensional array to store the petrol price for January 2021
until June 2021 from three different petrol stations.
The “Report” button will show the petrol price associated with all the stations
in the oilprice.txt. It also displays the average petrol price, the name
of petrol stations that offer the lowest and highest petrol price for each
month as shown in FIGURE Q1(b).
