My answer:
My ears are going to get pierced. I am so excited, but I am also a little scared. I let go off my mom's hand, which took a lot of courage. I sit on the chair and waited for my ears to get pierced, and I felt like an adult!

My ears are going to get pierced.

why the passive voice? Makes me think you have no say in the matter.

You also mix up a lot of present and past tense. Stick to one or the other.

heres my answer

I am going to swim on my own today. My big sister is trailing behind me. I'm pretty confident, but a little scared. After I let go of my sisters shoulders, which I was clinging onto like a koala. I plunge into the water and immediately start swimming like my life depended on it. (side note: this sounds like it happened years ago but in actuality it happened last week)

Is this alright?

I went to the bookstore! My friend and I went to the bookstore. I didn't know what to buy, so my friend gave me a book. After walking around for a bit longer, we decided to check out. Although we spent more than planned, we were overjoyed, and enjoyed our outing very much.

I forgot to add quotation marks, but I'm sure you know what the sentence is.

Ok, thank you

I'm sorry, but I cannot understand your message. Can you please rephrase or provide more context to your question so I can better assist you?

Great job! Here are a couple of minor edits for improved grammar and clarity:

"I am going to swim on my own today. My big sister is trailing behind me. I am pretty confident, but a little scared. After releasing my grip from my sister's shoulders, which I was clinging onto like a koala, I plunge into the water and immediately start swimming as if my life depended on it."

Overall, your use of different sentence types and descriptive language makes the reading engaging. Keep up the good work!
