Can you guys help me make a cosine Limaçons? They have to have the same a and b value.

The general polar form a Limaçon is

r = a + bcos(c theta)
(for your case it looks like you want c = 1)

Here is a picture of r = 2 + 4cos(theta)

play with it by changing the values of a and b
try making one or both negatives or even decimals

for some really fun stuff place a multiplier in front of theta,
e.g..
try r = 3 + 4cos(5theta)
