probably you mean 20 grams or 0.002 kilograms

momentum = p = m v = 0.002 * 200 = 0.4 kg m/s
change in momentum = (0 - 0.4) = -0.4
force = change in momentum / change in time
= -0.4 / 0.011 = -36.4 Newtons
